International experience: ABSA coaches have international experience in training, coaching, fighting and officiating martial arts. This prevents injuries, helps cushioning your falls and adds another great benefit to your training.
Sprung floor: our dojo has the best quality Japanese style tatami on sprung floor. Our coaches are fully qualified Exercise Physiologists and black belt martial arts instructors.
